Description: *Gurpurab Celebration* The birthday anniversary of Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji was celebrated at St. Xavier School, Bhaddalthuha with great exuberance under the initiative taken by Rev. Fr. Sahay Jehar, the Manager and Respected Sr. Juby John, the Principal of the School. His birth anniversary is observed as 'Gurpurab' across the globe. Guru ji travelled widely to spread the message of oneness and compassion. A sense of peace and tranquility filled the air. The celebration started with a prayer to memorialize the teachings of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The school management, teaching, non- teaching staff and students were in high spirits throughout and actively participated in the preparation of Food (Langar). A serene and calm atmosphere was created by the soothing shabads sung by the budding singers of the school. The principles and teachings of the pious soul were discussed. It proclaimed that the essence of religion is engaging man to constantly remember the Divine at all times and at all the places. The programme concluded on a happy note with festive spirit and unbeatable excitement.
